January 1998, a full four years after the release of "INITIATION", C.O.E has released "TELEPATHIC LAST WORDS" on New York based TVT records. The album was recorded in its' entirety at the bands own studio in Dallas, TX by producer John Fryer and drummer Chad Lovell.
